Mike Carisch has been flying helicopters since 1990, and has flown for many production companies, television networks, movie studios, US Forest Service, The Department of the Interior, search & rescue teams, and more. Carisch Helicopters is one of the preferred vessels for the Gallatin County Search and Rescue Team in Bozeman, and Mike Carisch has over 1000 hours flying for Yellowstone National Park, and is an FAA Part 133, 135, and 137 operation.
Mike's passion for flying, experience in the mountains, and precision handling has carved a path for him as "one of the best mountain pilots you can find" as stated by many of his clients, which have included the USFS and Dept. of the Interior fire fighting, Warren Miller, Nat. Geo, Discovery CH , BBC, NBC, ABC, Turner Broadcasting, and major feature films including The Patriot, Horse Whisperer and more.
